Accidental Leaders and Managers programmes by Hyper Island

Inspiral is teaming up with the world's leading digital media and leadership educator, Hyper Island , to run two unique development programmes in Yorkshire & Humber between February and June of 2010. Hyper Island are widely regarded as the ‘Oxbridge of digital media training', and this is a fantastic opportunity for the regions creative and digital indutries to access their unique brand of training and mentoring.
The Accidental Leaders development programme and the Accidental Managers training programme will give the directors and managers of creative and digital businesses unique access to world class training services and offer a bespoke programme of support and mentoring. The Accidental Leaders is for company CEOs and founders, whilst the Accidental Managers is aimed at rising stars that are now or soon-to-be in management roles.

Both programmes have limited spaces and selection is by application and interview. Each is heavily subsidised and successful applicants will need to pay a fee of either £995 for the Accidental Leaders or £895 for the Accidental Managers towards the cost of the programme. Both programmes include 3 days of face-to-face training, backed up by expert group and 1-2-1 mentoring.

One three day session in Sheffield (three full-time days) 26-28th February 2010
3 one day sessions:
25 March in Leeds
23 April in Sheffield
18 May in Leeds
Cohort 2
One three day session in Leeds (three full-time days) 26-28th March 2010
3 one-day sessions:
22nd April in Sheffield
19th May in Leeds
17th June in Sheffield
Application deadlines are the 10th February for Cohort 1 and 4th March for Cohort 2.
